Common questions

Everything you need to know before you buy. Still have a question? Email me and I’ll get back to you.

What do I need to use the Yearly Budget Planner?
It's a Microsoft Excel file, but it works just as well in Google Sheets if that's what you prefer, just open it in whichever program you already use.
Do I need to live in Canada to use it?
The planner is built around Canadian budgeting categories and priced in CAD, but it works for anyone comfortable adapting a spreadsheet to their own numbers.
How do I get the file after I pay?
I'll email the file to the address you used at checkout, usually within 24 hours. No account or login needed, just an email with the spreadsheet attached.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by Stripe at checkout. Stripe supports most debit and credit cards.
Can I get a refund?
Because the file is delivered directly to you, all sales are final once it’s been sent. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, email me and I’ll make it right. See my refund policy for more information.
Does it include help with debt?
Yes. Along with a full year of income and expense tracking, it includes a debt payoff plan that shows exactly when each debt will be paid off and which one to tackle first.
Will my financial information be shared or stored anywhere?
No. The numbers you enter stay in your own copy of the file, on your own device. I never see or store your financial information. The only information I collect is what's needed to process payment and deliver the file, like your email address.
Can I reuse it every year?
Yes. It's built to roll into a new year without rebuilding from scratch, so it's yours to keep and reuse for as long as you want.
Is this financial advice?
Budget Blueprint offers budgeting tools and education only. It is not licensed financial, investment, or tax advice.
