1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or booking a consultation with Budget Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of services

Budget Blueprint provides personal budgeting education and guidance to residents of Canada. Our services are informational and educational in nature. We are not a licensed financial planner, investment advisor, or accountant. Nothing shared during a consultation constitutes professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information received through our services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Canada. We are based in Prince Edward Island and focus on Atlantic Canada, but because all sessions are fully remote, clients anywhere in Canada are welcome.

4. Booking and appointments

Consultations are booked through our scheduling platform. By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact and intake information and to be available at the scheduled time via the Microsoft Teams link provided. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

5. Payment

Payment for consultations is processed through Stripe, or by e-Transfer where arranged in advance. By providing your payment details or sending an e-Transfer, you authorize the charge or payment for the selected service. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable HST where required.

6. Use of cookies and analytics

By using our website, you consent to the use of Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymized usage data. This data helps us improve our website and understand visitor behaviour. You may opt out of this tracking at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, budgeting tools, templates, and materials provided during a consultation, is the property of Budget Blueprint. You may use materials for your personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Budget Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any information provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the consultation in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince Edward Island.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
