1. Agreement to terms
By accessing our website or purchasing the Yearly Budget Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Nature of our products
Budget Blueprint sells the Yearly Budget Planner, a digital budgeting spreadsheet, and provides general budgeting education through our website and blog. These are informational and educational in nature. We are not a licensed financial planner, investment advisor, or accountant. Nothing on this website or in the Yearly Budget Planner constitutes professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information or tools provided by Budget Blueprint.
3. Eligibility
Our products are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Yearly Budget Planner is built around Canadian budgeting categories and priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4. Purchase and delivery
Purchases are made securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide an accurate email address so we can deliver your file. After checkout, we will email the file to the address you provide, usually within 24 hours.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorize the charge for your purchase. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable HST where required.
6. Use of cookies and analytics
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and runs for every visitor, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies and only runs with your consent. Whether Google Analytics is on by default depends on your general location — on by default in Canada outside Quebec, off by default (with a cookie banner shown) in Quebec and everywhere else. 7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, budgeting tools, and templates, is the property of Budget Blueprint. You may use materials for your personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Budget Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, or your reliance on any information provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince Edward Island.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
