Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want every customer to be happy with the Yearly Budget Planner. This policy outlines our approach to delivery and refunds for this digital product.

2. Digital delivery

After your purchase, we will email your file to the address you provide at checkout, usually within 24 hours. If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, please contact us at patrick@budgetblueprint.ca and we will make it right.

3. All sales final

Because this is a digital product delivered directly to you, all sales are final once the file has been delivered, and no refunds will be issued after delivery.

4. Refund processing

Where a refund is approved (for example, a purchase that was never delivered), it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
